I am sooooo excited. My bestie is australia, Nicole and I have come up with this GREAT weight loss challange we have named CanAus (short for Canada/Australia) I currently have a wedding dress to fit into and have 20 lbs I want to lose. The challange we have come up with is all on our own, meaning however we feel we want to lose it is up to us, but we are going to keep eachother motivated with daily recipes, inspirational quotes, recipes etc. I have been feeling not very happy with my body weight, and how I feel etc so I thought this was a perfect way to stay connected and keep eachother pumped along the way. The challange starts March 1st and continues through May 1st, 2011. I plan on following Canada's food guide and cutting out junk (chocolate, chips etc) that seem to hold me back lol, but also excersising atleast 3 times per week at the gym :)
If anyone has any helpful hints, recipes, please let me know, the more help the better, I plan I being 20 lbs lighter by May 1st :)
