CanAus Pre-weight loss challenge

this is what a friend had to say, as motivation and this helps already! thanks sarah :)

"All I know is I've always been told to stay away from sugar and carbs... so if you wanna eat pasta or rice eat brown or wild rice and if you want pasta then eat gluten free or whole wheat. Also recently I've been told to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning with a shot of lemon juice in it. (temp is your desire) but it helps clean the toxings from your body and helps you get rid of junk in your system that's been built up over time. Best of Luck in this... keep us posted"
